Technical & Integration

Can we send automated emails after someone completes the form?

Yes. You can trigger pre-arrival emails via MEWS or your CRM (e.g. HubSpot), depending on your setup. We help configure this during onboarding.

How is this different from the MEWS web booking engine?

The Custom Form allows for richer fields, full branding, and post-booking workflows. It’s made for complex journeys like retreats and programs.

Can I customize the fields, styling, and flow?

Yes—everything from layout to language is fully branded and configurable.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The entire flow is designed mobile-first.

Can it sync to my CRM?

Yes. All guest data can also be pushed into HubSpot or another CRM.

Will this break when MEWS or Hubspot updates their API?

No. We actively maintain the Bridge and update it with every API change from MEWS or Hubspot—so you don’t have to worry about outages or rebuilds.

Does it work with multi-property or multi-brand setups?

Yes. The Bridge has native multi-property support, including separate pipelines, deal stages, and reporting per brand.

How often does the sync happen?

Syncs run automatically and frequently (usually near real-time). You don't have to trigger anything manually.

Can I choose which MEWS fields get synced?

Yes. During setup, we’ll map only the data that matters to your workflows and reporting.

What data gets synced from MEWS to HubSpot?

You can choose what’s relevant to you. Reservations, guest info, booking details, room types, add-ons, voucher codes, company info, financial data (like billed amount, taxes, payment status), and more.

Can guests edit their submission after booking?

Yes. Guests can return to their personal link to update things like travel details, dietary needs, or other form fields at any time before arrival. You control which fields remain editable.

Is there a guest portal or dashboard they can return to?

Yes. The onboarding module includes a personalized guest portal where guests can return, complete forms, upload documents, and view welcome content.

Can we include a roommate selection or preference field?

Yes. You can add any custom fields you need, including roommate requests, preferred accommodation types, or travel companion notes.

Does the form support different pricing tiers or packages?

Yes. You can offer tiered pricing, early bird discounts, and package-based options directly within the form—including product extras and upsells.

Can I use just the booking or onboarding form separately?

Yes—they're modular. Use either on its own or combine them.

Do I still need my CRM team or consultant?

Nope. We handle the full integration, and most clients don’t need external developers or CRM consultants anymore.

Can I use this for B2B or group sales?

Yes. The Bridge supports syncing company and OTA info, so you can build B2B sales pipelines and track which partners are actually driving revenue.

What can I do once everything is synced?

You can automate follow-ups, create segmented campaigns, track partner performance, build revenue dashboards, and personalize guest experiences—directly from HubSpot.

What happens if something stops syncing?

We monitor sync health and alert you proactively. Most issues are resolved before you even notice.

Is support included?

Yes. You’ll have access to a dedicated support team for setup and ongoing maintenance. We don’t leave you hanging.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on number of properties, amount of rooms and scope of the integration. We’ll provide a clear package quote after a short discovery call.

Strategy & Flexibility

What happens if a guest abandons the form halfway?

You’ll still capture partial submissions if desired (e.g. name + email) and can trigger a reminder follow-up through your CRM.

We use HubSpot differently—will this still work?

Definitely. We adapt the Bridge to your CRM setup and team workflows. It works whether you use HubSpot Sales, Marketing, or just CRM Free.

Can we expand the sync later if our needs change?

Yes. The Bridge is modular. You can start small (e.g. sync reservations) and later add financials, booking forms, onboarding, or deeper reporting features.
